Education Services Offer
Cost of Education: The cost of education includes tuition fees for both theoretical and practical components as well as expenses related to exams and necessary materials. The payment schedule is outlined in a separate document to be provided by the educational institution.
Attained Degree/Certification: Upon completion of the program participants will receive a Diploma detailing the content, duration, and purpose of the course.
Weekly Study Time and Holidays: Participants may schedule additional, weekly instructional units online. Participants enrolled in programs that are more than six months in duration are entitled to two (2) days off per month subject to certain specified guidelines.
Educational Materials: Educational materials are provided at the start of the program for the duration of the program. Participants may, in certain instances, retain ownership of the materials following completion of the program.
Termination: Participants may withdraw from the contract at any time prior to the start of the program. The educational institution reserves the right to terminate the contract if a certain number of participants, as determined by AIT-TR Inc. in its sole discretion fail to enroll in the program prior to the start of the program. AIT-TR Inc. reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel any program for any reason or no reason at any time prior to the fourteen (14) day period preceding the end of the month.
Provider's Obligations: The educational provider is committed to dedicating qualified personnel who will impart their knowledge through appropriate adult learning platforms utilizing a structured curriculum.
Participant's Obligations: Participants agree to actively engage in the program, collaborate with instructors and peers and adhere to safety regulations. Participants also agree to promptly notify the educational provider of absences and, if requested, provide medical documentation of any illness which prevented attendance.
Additional Agreements: The education contract may be supplemented by written agreement between the parties.
Data Protection: Personal data usage complies with the data protection information provided by AIT Technology School. Participants, by using the Service, consent to data processing, storage, and potential transfer of their personal data to third parties for contract fulfillment and job placement purposes. Participants retain the right to revoke their consent data processing at any time by sending written notification to AIT Technology School.
By signing, this contract participants acknowledge that they have read the data protection information and consent to AIT Technology School. storing and using their personal data for contract-related purposes. Participants also agree to permit employees of AIT Technology School. to contact them with via the information provided to the company.
