Technology Fee: $10 (non-refundable)
Other fees: Late Payment, Returned Checks, Re-entry, Official Transcript requests may apply (see Catalog for details) .
Billing
Tuition and fees are billed in three-month periods.
Students receive an invoice for each quarter of study
Cancellation & Refund Policy
3-Day Cancellation – If cancelled within 3 business days of signing the agreement, all monies will be refunded in full.
Before First Class – Refund of all payments except the $150 Registration Fee .
After Classes Begin (up to 40%) – Pro-rata refund based on clock hours completed .
After 40% Completion – No refund is available .
Refund Timeline – All refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation or withdrawal .
Program Format & Credential
Total Hours: 480 academic hours per program
Delivery Format: Online (live lectures, recorded materials, consultations, projects)
Credential: Diploma awarded upon successful completion
Important Notes
No employment guarantee: The school provides career services (resume, interview prep, job search support) but does not guarantee employment .
Languages of delivery: Courses may be delivered in English, Spanish, or Russian; all coding materials are in English .
